Choosing the person who will document your wedding is a personal decision, not a logistical one. These are the things couples ask me most often — about how I work, what you receive, and what it takes to do this well.
Documentary and editorial. I photograph the day as it unfolds and look for the seconds nobody planned — the father seeing his daughter ready for the first time, the groom with no words left. It isn't staged romance or fantasy. It's real, and it's made to last.
A highlight reel shows a photographer's best ten frames. A full gallery shows how they handle an entire day — harsh midday light, a dim reception, the quiet moments in between. Ask me for a complete wedding, start to finish, and you'll see how consistent the work stays from getting ready to the last dance.
Mostly unobtrusive. I guide you when it helps — a first look, family portraits — and the rest of the time I stay out of the way, so the day feels like yours and not a photo shoot. The less you notice me, the more honest the photographs.
Most weddings are well covered in 8 to 10 hours, from getting ready through the celebration. My collections run 8, 10 or 12 hours. If you want both the early preparations and the late dancing, lean toward more.
Yes. I work with both photo and film in-house, so the two are captured by one team with a single visual language — not two vendors working separately. You can also book photography or film on its own.
A second shooter is an optional add-on. It's worth it for larger weddings, or when you want two angles of the same moment — one on your face during the vows, one on your partner's reaction.
Between 350 and 800 fully edited images, depending on the collection and the coverage. I deliver a curated selection rather than every frame — the photographs that actually tell the story of your day.
Your full edited gallery is delivered within 30 to 60 business days after the wedding, in high resolution and without watermarks. It also stays backed up in the cloud for years, so you can return to it long after the day.
Most of my work happens outside a single city. For weddings beyond Guadalajara I add a travel fee that covers arriving early, scouting the location, and being rested and ready — so distance never costs you coverage. I regularly photograph in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico City, Puerto Vallarta, Cancún, Oaxaca and beyond.
Not a problem. I scout new venues ahead of time whenever possible — checking the light at the hour we'll be shooting — and I adapt quickly on the day. After more than ten years and 200+ weddings, reading a new space is part of the craft.
Your photographs are protected at every step. I back up the full take to the cloud the same day as your wedding, before I even begin editing. If an emergency ever kept me from shooting your day, I have a network of photographers I trust and would bring in. And your finished gallery stays backed up in the cloud for years — I haven't lost a single delivery since 2016. If you ever misplace your link, you simply ask for it again.
